J & S Custom Manufacturing fabricates custom designs for large and small companies, from one part to several thousand parts. Being versatile means we machine almost any type of material. Most of the jobs completed use some form of plastic, stainless steel or different grades of aluminum. We also machine parts from carbon and alloy steel, copper base alloys, refractory alloys and castings. With the growth of J & S, we have found our niche in machining exotic material such as maraging, titanium, Inconel, molybdenum and niobium, while holding very close tolerances. J & S has also become specialized in machining explosively bonded parts. Many of our parts and assemblies are used in handling equipment, medical equipment, computers, marine equipment, refrigeration equipment, food processing equipment, fastener tools, wood product equipment and energy storage applications.
