 | J & S Custom Manufacturing maintains a continuous improvement process, through employee training, development, preventive actions and internal auditing. From the design phase through shipping the finished product, your parts are quality monitored and checked to ensure accuracy with every run. When you're producing metal components that are part of a larger product, there's simply no room for compromise. We understand that. Our Quality Lab is climate controlled and besides having the standard calipers, Micrometers and pin sets. We have 2 Brown and Sharpe CMM's and use PC-Dmis CMM software. |
From design to shipment, your part is carefully monitored and checked to ensure quality and accuracy with every run.
During the initial receiving inspection we insure that J & S has current paperwork and print per your P.O. Upon receipt of materials, they are inspected and must meet proper certifications and dimensional tolerances or the material is not accepted. A "First Article Inspection" is made prior to a production run. Upon approval, production begins.
A final inspection is performed prior to shipping, and all inspections are documented, including the traceability of materials, specifications and related details. All documentation is archived by J & S for the future. A copy of J & S's Quality Control Manual is available to all customers upon request.
